Product Care

We use the finest quality materials in our jewelry and all pieces are handcrafted using Sterling Silver, 14kt Gold Filled, 14K Rose Gold Filled, Copper, Semi-precious Gem Stones, Swarovski Crystals, Pearls and Crystal Pave' Balls.

We use Sterling Silver which will tarnish over time depending on how often you wear it. We suggest keeping your jewelry in an air-tight container or plastic bag, when not wearing it, to keep this from happening as quickly. Do not store your Sterling Silver Jewelry any place that has high humidity like near a bathroom. Sterling Silver can be cleaned by using a cleaning cloth which you can purchase from us or at other jewelry suppliers. We are not responsible for cleaning your tarnished jewelry nor is it covered by warranty.

Our 14K Gold Filled and Rose Gold Filled jewelry will not tarnish and is as durable as 14K Gold and Rose Gold without the price, giving you years of wear.

We use Plated Silver, Plated Rose Gold & Plated Gold in some of our pieces which needs to be kept free of water, hairspray, lotions etc as the finish will wear off more quickly. We offer these at a lesser price point for those who don't want to pay the price of Sterling Silver, Rose Gold Filled & 14K Gold Filled which with proper care will last for years unlike plated jewelry.

Swarovski Crystals, Pearls and Crystal Pave' Balls are delicate and do not like moisture or harsh cleaners. Jewelry should be removed before showering, swimming and sleeping. Keep out of water and away from moisture, hairspray, perfumes and lotions.

Crystal Pave Balls will be damaged from any type of moisture as they are an epoxy clay base and moisture will cause the crystals to fall out. Keep them away from water, hairspray, perfumes and lotions. They are very delicate so do not sleep in them.

***All jewelry should be kept free from hairspray, perfumes and lotions which will affect the finish and dull the sparkle of your piece.***

**Remember: Jewelry should always be "LAST ON & FIRST OFF!"**
