All shipments are made with Canada Post. 
Your purchase will be shipped between 5 - 7 business days after payment is received.

Otherwise our jewelry is sent in 1 box or organza bag.

Refunds And Exchanges & Guarantees

Customers satisfaction is very important to us. If you are unhappy with the item you purchased, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Your item must be in original unused condition with the original tag still attached. We will issue you a refund through PayPal, minus the original shipping cost, once we receive the item back. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

**We have a Lifetime Guarantee on our Pave' Ball Studs.** 

If any crystals are lost or post comes apart we will replace the stud with proof of purchase with the ORIGINAL RECEIPT.

* Items that have been adjusted at customer's request, such as bracelet or necklace length, are FINAL SALE.

If you see a design you like, but would prefer a different colour or stone, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your needs.

We would also be more than happy to work with you in creating a new design just for you!


If you would like to include items from our collection in your retail space, please contact us so we can discuss details. Wholesale orders are FINAL SALE unless an item is defective,

in which we will replace it at our discretion.
